It possesses a highly efficient emulsifying capability due to its appropriate HLB value. It forms a stable spreading double electric layer on the surface of synthetic oil or silicone oil, preventing the coagulation and re-deposition of hydrophobic oils. Additionally, it exhibits excellent solubilizing properties for various dyes. It is suitable for emulsifying and oil-removing in pretreatment processes, as well as leveling and dyeing processes with different dyes, especially recommended for leveling and dyeing polyester knitted fabrics and color correction treatment after silicone finishing and waterproof finishing.
Dosage:
Emulsifying and oil-removing: 1-2g/L
Color correction: 3g/L
